ESSENTIALS OF LIGHT – MOMENTS

In our next Master Class “Essentials of Light: moments” we offer participants to explore the interface between the artistic and technical aspects of light. Sensitivity is required in the preception/observation and description of light whilst resolve is required for the planning process. This workshop will include an introdution to the human factors in ligh/lighting, its perception and the development of a lighting vocabulary. In order to gain a multifaceted view on the subject the Master Class will be thaught by a smal team of lighting designers and experts from related fields Together we will make a journey starting with a sigle ray of light in a dark space
progressing to o daylight environment. The workshop will enable the participant to analyse and describe lighting situation both aesthetically and technically. You will not only learn about the theotetical background, but also experiment and test your own designs in and instalation.
